micro$oft windoze rant!?

It is past 3:30 AM right now and I am still working on my homework a 50 slide digital presentation. It should have been a PowerPoint however I do not use **** for my homework so I did not use PowerPoint instead I am creating a video that looks like a PowerPoint in adobe premiere pro cs5.5 but unfortunately there is not a linux version. So I had to use my Windoze 7 partition. Right away when I logged in after waiting for what felt like forever for the damn OS to boot there was already an error message and 1.5GB of ram is in usage I have 3GB total. Debian GNU/linux uses less than 190mb on boot. I wanted to make the digital presentation look nice but while rendering in cinema 4d the program crashed. It kept on running out of ram it is not cinema 4d's fault at least there is a reason for the ram usage it was a large scean. The 10 second 3D render ended up taking 3 hours of my time due to windoze being a a poorly programmed ********!!! While editing in premiere pro it uses a ram cache so the video plays fine again the ram usage is needed unlike windoze. It crashed WHILE it was saving the error message said "we will try to save your file" that was a lie. At least I only lost about 5 minutes of work that time due to the fact that I save alot. All these issues could be fixed if micro$oft did not force the computer makers to ship all computers with windoze. If micro$oft did not exist I would be done by now as I would have been able to do this on my linux partition. Currently Linux does not have enough market share for some companies to port their software. this is because of micro$oft's iron fist "arrgement". All computers would cost $100 less if they did not ship with windoze. And I would be well rested on Monday morning ready to receive an A+ but instead I will probably only get a B+ which is terrible I can do better than that.so **** YOU MICRO$OFT you ************* peice of **** money grabber skum bag ********* dick lickers. Child molesters pedofiles if there were such a thing as hell you would go there MICRO$OFT Do you realize how pissed I am right now. Why do you exist to make money. MIcro$oft you don't give a rats *** about the damn customeer. Why can I not enjoy my computer? WHY? I am tired of windoze only products.Also non of that expensive all hype no actual prodcut mac stuff either. The world needs only open source operating systems like GNU/linux or FreeBSD or OpenSolaris anything but windoze or mac. WE MUST TAKE ACTION AGINST MICROSOFT!!!!

Just use impress, (its part of the Libre office package.

Then save as a MS power point presentation.

Lots of my students use libre office impress then play on a microsoft pc.

I buy a windows pc, Get to the license screen, refuse the licence, Take a camera shot.

Send to pc manafacturer, I get £55 GBP or $75.



So if i buy a netbook new for 175 GBP from amazon then get £55 back. im a good one and it screws up MS stats as they sell a pc. Its not regestered as a MS pc they get a claim from the manafacturer for £55.



PS can take up to 3 months to get the money.

The warenty on hardware is still valid!!!.

First if do not like windows do not use it. Debian's repos have enough software for you to do generally anything you need that windows software can do and usually I find software that I know I would not be able to find on windows. I only keep my windows install for gaming.



Second your argument to get rid of windows is logically flawed. To restate your argument. Microsoft strong arms people into doing things their way and that is bad. Therefore we need to strong arm everyone making sure that all operating systems are open source and only open source.



Do you see the logical contradiction?



The beauty of a free market based economy is the consumer chooses what he or she wants. Educate people on the alternatives out there however it is the consumers choice and if the consumer en masse decide they prefer option D to ABC then AB and C would either have to naturally adapt or wither. But no matter what the outcome it is the consumer / user / sys admin / persons choice to what they will use
