My Itunes Store Wont Work and I have tried everything! HELP!?

I just started using itunes and no matter what I do it wont connect to the itunes store. I have tried disabling the firewall and that didnt help. The weird thing is the other users on my computer can use it just fine??

I ran diagnostics and got this:

I will break down by each area I see.



1. You do not have the proper apple ipod or itunes drivers, h>ence the message from your diagnostics : Apple Mobile Device Driver not found.



2. Navigate to C > Windows > System32 > Program Files > Itunes and run a .exe file called iTunes Helper.



3. Don't understand why you are using proxy, but I do see that TLS 1.0 is disabled and needs to be running. Naviate to tools > internet options > Advanced > scroll down to securty settings and click the box next to use TLS 1.0.



4. Turn off your Firewall temporarily then run Diagnostics.



Should work then, if not then you may need to go to the router setup or modem page and make sure mac filtering or port fowarding is not in effect
