I just downloaded the latest Java update. But when I go to try and play Runescape (a game) if tells me to install the plug-in. After I click if, nothing will happen for like 5 seconds, and then it will come up saying the plug-in install default has crashed.
Is there any other way I can install it? And why is it doing it?
Using Google Chrome by the way.

Yeah lots of people have mention this its been going on a lot lately heres what you do. first off you should go to the rs website go to community then downloads and on the top you will see rs client double click it and download it is safer than normal runescape its faster no white screens and the same rs o yeah and does not need java :).

Call a tech and maybe they can see what is wrong.
