M Laptop won't let me download PDF Files. Do I need an Adobe reader or something??? I'm not great with computers so answers in idiots terms please :)

Yes, to open a file with a .PDF extension you need a program like Adobe Reader.



You can download Adobe Reader by visiting this website:

Once it installs it should default itself so that any PDF documents open with Adobe Reader. If not you can right click on the file and select 'open with' and then browse to find adobe reader.
