Alibre Design Xpress 8.2 SP2 seems to be rated highly by users on Download.com:

I don't know any good ones. But if you are willing to pay $10, you can get an older version of Turbo CAD from Circuit City. It is very powerful.

Try brl-cad very powerful, completly free, its ray tracer may the best anywhere.
