I've got an audio problem with a MKV file.
It says:
You may need an additional audio decoder to play the soundtrack of this file.

This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code "8192") format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file.

Install K-Lite Codec from

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Codec-Packs-Video-Codecs/KLite-Codec-Pack.shtml

As in its description it plays 99% of the things you download from the internet.

It will solve your problem.
