Hi - I was wondering if anyone knows of any software that will allow me to send SMS messages from my mobile, using my PC. I know Microsoft offer their "SMS Sender" product, but it's not compatible with Vista.. Any ideas?

if you have a mobile phone software like to transfer files to and from mobile, this can allow text messages to be sent from pc, but i think you need credit as always anyway.
i hope this helps looads :D
you could try the yahoo messenger way, but you need to be round the US, i live in the UK so i cant,i no that orange, vodafone, 02, 3 and other networks let you send free ones from there sites. but i hope these work for you,
you could find others like if you search "send free text messages" on google, you should find a range there.

Well, Im not really sure about all of the service providers, but I have T-Mobile and after logging in with my phone number, I can send messages from the website. Maybe something you could look into with your service provider. AIM also allows you send messages to mobile numbers.

Hey, well i use this service (see sources). However, some times you have to wait as many people use it.
Or, sign up to the O2 website (see sources). It allows you to use a maximum of 10 free text messages a month, it really helps if you run out of credit and need to sent a quick text!
Hope that helps.
