I have Ms office 2003 SP3 installed on my computer.But im unable to open any of the MSOffice applications?

I have Ms office 2003 SP3 installed on my computer.It was working fine.But now im unable to open any of the MSOffice applications It says "MS Office word encountered a problem and needs to close" .When i ran diagnostics it said "RosebudMUI.msi missing.".Can you please help? And i donot have the installation CD.Can i repair this without re-installing it?

Download this file from here and put it in msoffice installation folder
