Ever since I upgraded to the new Windows Media Player, it doesn't recognize any of the CD's I try to rip. With the previous version, the album cover, song name, and song titles came up by themselves. Now every single one I add says that the info is not available. Does anyone know why?

If it can't be fixed, does anyone know a quicker way to add the info so you don't have to add the artist each time? Also, it doesn't appear that you can enter the album name anywhere. Is that true?

Win Media Player 11 is part of the Vista system. It has been build with the RIIA and copyrights in mind. That's probably why you have trouble with CD rip.

If you want to rip Audio CD's I recommend Free Rip MP3. Works great.

You can get it here:
