Windows Won't Boot Into Desktop (Weird)?

I've attempted many times to boot into windows with no avail. Prior to this, I had a few messages coming up stating that there was a problem with a file in system 32. Already knowing this was bad, there was really nothing I could do about it. I've never had this problem before, it just kind of showed up out of nowhere.

It will get to the advanced boot options screen, and as me if I want to boot normally, or repair problems with windows, and don't tell me to pick the second option because I've tried it already. I get the same message every time. "Windows cannot fix the problem." Not the exact phrasing, but you get the point.

I've thought about booting into safe mode, and using the "Last Known Good Configuration". But when I hit F8, it will ask me which HDD I want to boot into. Once I pick the right one, it doesn't give me the option for either safe mode or LKGC.

If there is any way to fix this without having to install windows please let me know.

Extra info: I have installed windows 7 on my second hard drive just in case something like this happened, but when I boot to that one, it boots fine, but none, LITERALLY none of my files are there. The only things present are Recycle Bin and Solitaire. No documents, no program files, no system files... Its just empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Punisher.

The simplest approach is probably to "repair install" Windows. Start from your Windows CD and try the first recovery option. If that doesn't help then repeat but select Installation instead of Recovery. Let Windows installer search the disk and repair your installation.
