I had a problem with STEAM, so I tried to uninstall it but there was an error so i deleted the files manually (or so I think I did)and when I tried to reinstall it Im getting an error again, how can I fix this.
When I try to reinstall steam I get either "repair or remove", not the options I want, but when I try and click on all of these files I am still getting an error on both.

Ill show you how I did it manually
I went into, my computer, then I went into the "Local Disk (C:)" then program files and then searched steam and deleted the file.
then i went back into my computer, and manually typed in "steam" and deleted everything that came up.

so now im stumped, can you help me?

Run CCleaner. Clean the registry (left side of the program). Then Steam should install again. http://www.ccleaner.com/

You need to go to uninstall programs in control panel and uninstall steam that way then download it again and reinstall. If that doesnt work then go to system32 folder and delete that. This folder is created by steam to send information about your gameplay back to their servers for marketing stuff. Its a long shot, but if it works, it should fix your problem instantly.
