Internet explorer 7 "open in new tab" option is gone. How can i get it back.?
I am using IE 7.0.5730 and it should have the option to open a link in a new tab or new window when i right click a link. Now the "open in new tab" option is not there but open in new window is. There must be a setting in the "Internet Options-Tabs Settings". Which particular setting needs to be changed to get his option back?

The Google Toolbar actually removes the "Open in New Tab" option. You'll need the latest version of the Google Tooolbar which supports IE7.

IE 6 never had the option of opening a new tab, it has an option to open a new window. If you had installed the tool bar seperately, then do it again for IE 7

I also have a a table desirable and a working laptop or workstation. the two are slightly older than a year previous, the two have XP expert. Explorer 7 works great on them. yet some human beings older structures utilizing XP have suggested problems with the recent version. in case you will possibly prefer to attempt a browser with very comparable beneficial factors as Explorer 7 attempt Firefox.

Hello,

when you open explorer, click tools, then go to internet options, you should be able to make all types of changes, including tab changes when you go here.

Good Luck
