I have a Sony Vaio FZ21E laptop that supports Blueray playback with Windows Vista Home Premium. I recieved a free Spiderman 3 Bluray disk. The program that is preinstalled in the laptop for playing Blurays is InterVideo WinDVD BD for VAIO. I put the disk in and it asked me to chose the program i chose InterVideo WinDVD BD and then it took me on to the program a message came up saying the color scheme has been changed to vista basic. I ignored that and waited for the disk to play. It wasnt playing, even after I stopped it and started it and restarted the computer and tried. How can i resolve this problem?
