Find a PDF file
Right-click (Control-click) on the PDF, then click "Get Info"
Scroll down to "Open With:" (make sure the arrow is pointing down. If not, click on the arrow)
Change "Adobe Reader" to "Preview"
Then Click "Change All..."
Click "Continue"
Voila! You're done!
