OJOSOFT total video converter error message - File is unsupported or damaged?

Question

Good day,
i have recently started using Ojosoft Total Video Converter to convert my .flv files to .mp4 etc.... it works fine when i get .flv files and converts great, but i have noticed that all the .flv files i downloaded from YOUTUBE, i get the error message "file is unsupported or damaged"... again ojosoft converts other .flv files from different sites..i only get this problem when trying to convert files downloaded from youtube....any suggestions on what could be the problem and what can be done to correct this...(i use Moyea Flv downloader to download all my .flv files)
