Example: Two lines are perpendicular to each other, but you have to extend the two lines in order to see the intersecting point.

Use a FILLET command, set Radius = 0 and select two lines or use a CHAMFER command and set distance1 = 0 and distance2 =0

FILLET and CHAMFER product same result when radius and distances are equal zero.

Also, you can draw a auxiliary line oblique and extends your line to this line. After use trim command.

When you select the trim/extend command type in settings in the dialog bog. In the setting menu there is a project lines box, click that on and then trim and extend will work with any line that could/would trim or extend the line you click.

select a line with the cursor and use the end grips to extend it to make an intersection. same with the other line.
