I am a professional accountant looking for the best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software using which I can effectively manage my clients. I would prefer any US or Canada based company who can provide support round the clock. I am completely new to this and have looked for many companies over the internet but I am confused.

About one year ago we started looking for a CRM to replace our deprecated

TimeMatters 8.0 management system. As an accounting firm it was necessary to make sure data was organized in such a way that we never loss connections between clients and their files (we call these “Engagements”), Engagements can easily be looked up and had a unique key for quick glance lookup, anyone had the ability to update entities on-the-fly, be able to accurately reconcile our Engagements and pull in data from other resources. After months of searching we found InfoFlo CRM software www.carmelvision.com and have been using it ever since. Overall it's a great CRM and absolutely worth taking a look at if you are looking to get a easy to use, intuitive solution at an affordable price $99 (with free lifetime updates. No recurring fees!)

I am an accountant based in Ontario and few months back I too was confused in choosing the accounting CRM. I heard a lot about the CRM solutions from iProaccountants (company based in Toronto) and went ahead to give it a try. I am very happy with their service and most importantly the security of my data. I would recommend that you should go for CRM software from them.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online provide a powerful business application platform that delivers to customers, Microsoft Partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) an opportunity to extend and provide value added solutions. These solutions build on top of the robust core platform capabilities included with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. By using these capabilities, you can build customized solutions without having to custom build the foundation.
