How can I rearrange the tabs on Windows XP without closing the windows that I've opened?

Here's an example, I opened Internet Explorer, Outlook and Word and I want to have Outlook on the left side, Internet Explorer in the center and Word on the right. Is there a key I can press to move the tabs around?

I've changed the order of the tabs before but I have no idea how I did it, you can't just click and drag...

Yes, would be a handy feature if it existed.

This feature is built-in with Vista, XP it is not, you'll have to use a third-party application.

Have the windows that you want to be arranged open (any you don't want minimize) and right click on the task bar at the bottom. Then click 'Tile Windows Vertically'
