SORRY FOR MY GRAMMAR
Can I install my Ubuntu directly in my Flash Drive? I already installed it via http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/#button but when I run Ubuntu, it has the option of installing. My question is: will it install in my hard drive or in my flash drive? If it install in my hard drive, can I choose which hard drive I want it to install with? If it installs in my flash drive, will it work on any computer? Because I want to access Ubuntu on different computers without the hassle of installing it again. Thank you.

Retarded people shouldn't answer questions! Sure you can, start Ubuntu from the live CD,plug a thumb drive and chose it as the installation directory. If you google it there are very detailed instructions

Yes, you can install Ubuntu to a USB drive.

What PenDriveLinux does is copy over the iso image to your USB, so that when booted it runs in Live Mode just like a Live CD or DVD would; that is why you're still presented with the option to install to hard drive, most distros are installed from the live environment.

Just use the "Try Ubuntu" option and you'll be fine.

Does your flash drive have a Processor?

Does your flash drive have a graphics card?

Does your flash drive have RAM?

Figure it out junior
