Solution: If the software update has been successfully installed but then you are still getting the notification then this is most likely caused by a software glitch. You should first try to wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode then check if the issue still occurs. If it does then you will have to do a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset.

They're security and software bug updates,allow them if they really are from Samsung. Go into your Settings and look for Updates and activate it.
