Hello everyone, i have a problem with access 2007 and office 2010. First i tried to open databases with access but when the programs starts it tries to go into configuration settings. I left for a while and returned and it said configuration setting were unsuccessful. I tried again and to no avail. I also tried to repair 0ffice 2007 with my installation. But when it is starting the same configuration settings its stops and says it encountered an error. After searching the web countless times
to find an answer i gave up and then bought office 2010. Sadly, even that isn't installing on my pc. i don't know why but the installation just stops and says it ecountered an error.
Basically does anyone have any solution to my problems. Before i used to be able to open any DB file in access now its not happening.

Uninstall Office 2007 & 2010

Then Install Office 2010 Pro Plus

You Can Get It Free Here:

Uninstall Office 2007 and Office 2010 completely from your computer.*

(*Make sure your documents are backed up so you don't loose them during the uninstall.)

Then download & run CCleaner (both the "Cleaner" and the "Registry" option--See download link below).

Restart/Reboot your computer.

Then try to reinstall your Office 2007 software.

If this solution still doesn't work, then email me and I'll help you with

some other options.

Good Luck!

i think of despite you're able to desire to be waiting to be do in get right of entry to 2007 ,you're able to be able to desire to be waiting to do it in 2010. i think of you will get a message that a extra cutting-edge version is already put in once you install 2007 on right of 2010
