You will get an email with a link after they checked if you can buy it. You then have to purchase the code, can order a backup but nevertheless download it then from the link.

If you dont get an email you have done something wrong but not paid either.

Are you sure you meet the requirements? I've just looked at some of the responses that you've given to other people's questions, and you responded as though you live in the UK.

If you hover your mouse over the top left hand side of the advert, where it says "AM I ELIGIBLE?", it states:

"1. You must have a valid e-mail address at an educational institution ending with the domain suffix .EDU (ie, leina@contoso.edu) OR have a valid email address at one of the educational institutions listed here.

AND

2. You must be a student at a U.S. educational institution and must be actively enrolled in at least 0.5 course credit and be able to provide proof of enrollment upon request."

I'm sorry if I turn out to be the bearer of bad news ... or maybe I don't have all the facts, such as their being a similar scheme in the UK.

Dude, be careful on those sites!

A lot of times they're hosted in other countries and there's nothing you can do once you give them your money.
