To view pages of multiple workbooks, I use Print Preview to view sheets in a workbook, the to switch to another workbook, I have to return to Edit Mode, choose the workbook and the use Print Preview again.
Please kindly teach me how to view sheets in all workbooks continuously.

Click the first tab you want to view, then hold down the Ctrl key and click each tab you want to view.
Then go into Print Preview mode. It will show each page of each sheet you have selected (one after the other).

hi Zoe D, The headings talked about listed right here are the row numbers and the column letters. You suggested you deleted any more beneficial rows, probably even extra Columns. in case you click on the first clean row HEADING below your information, then press CTRL + SHIFT + DOWN ARROW, then carefully good click this section be careful now to not deselect then opt for between the menu bar Edit, clean, ALL to boot click on the bright column HEADING to the right of your information, and again press CTRL + SHIFT + good Arrow, then click Edit, clean All in spite of the undeniable fact that you've 16 sheets of information, if all the sheets are right, you could click on Sheet1, preserving SHIFT click on Sheet16, and carry out the above steps. desire this facilitates d.tcom

Can not teach you something that can not be done. Only work around is to have two computers display print preview. The program is coded not to allow it.
