I need a free software like adobe flash?

I need to know where i can get my hands on a good and free software that's like adobe flash, Where can i find something like this?
Also if anybody knows where i can get free software for something like adobe photoshop(not gimp) or dreamweaver?

You can try Advanced Effect Maker Freeware Edition 1.5 and Photo Flash Maker Free Version 5.16 I think Advanced Effect Maker Freeware Edition 1.5 has a Water mark on the side of the animation after you have made it but they are both freeware addition`s. Here is where you can get them.

I think i found something else that you can use.It is called particleView And you can get it here and it is free http://www.wondertouch.com/showiel.asp Scroll down the page in-tell you find the down load button`s for window`s or mac and click on it for the computer system you use.

P.S. You may have to make your Advanced Effect Maker and Photo Flash Maker animation`s into GIF animation and use something like VCW VicMan's Photo Editor or VCW VicMan's Photo Editor or and crop them and cut out the Water mark`s.







you can use a free photo editor called VCW VicMan's Photo Editor or irfanview Photo Editor. VCW VicMan's Photo Editor can also use photoshop filter`s. I think irfanview Photo Editor can also use photoshop filter`s they are both Photo Editor`s something like gimp.I will show you a link to get some free photoshop filter`s. Try look for open source. I use Gimp myself and love it.
