&+; this comes up when i try to download something in add/remove programs:

i go to terminal and put in wat it says &+; this comes up:
dpkg: unknown option -.

Type dpkg --force-help for a list of forcing options;

Options marked [*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through `less' or `more' !
if i put sudo then idk why but frostwire comes up
FYI everytime i click on frostwire a terminal widow pops up to load it
