I have posted this query again. I want to get your opinion and suggestion of the best DVD Creator / Maker that can render an ISO or any image file output. I choose image as an output because I am not comfortable of burning my dvd project directly. I want to test it 1st before sacrificing my dvd.

I am currently using TOTAL Video2DVD, however, I am not satisfied with the menu designer and it normally take 6hrs to create an image file.

I only have these considerations for a software:
1. Best quality output that won't pixelate (just like Video2DVD, the best in output)
2. Great DVD Menu designs
3. Freeware / or cracks can be seen at the net (I know, i know that is not legal, but this is not for commercial, I am burning some of my files)
4. last but not the least, can render ISO, NRG or any image file.

Please help me, I hope to hear from the experts. Thank you.

There isn't freeware can fit your demand, most freeware only offer poor functionality and quality, so you have to try some better software, I am using RZ DVD Creator which can fit your demand, it isnt' freeware, but inexpensive, if you will, you can have a try, it offer the best output video and audio quality, it offer more dvd menu creation options, can customzie the main menu and chapter menu, can customize the menu background videos, images, musics, etc., and can easy to customize the menu page, text, button, etc, with it you can easy to personalize professional DVD menu, it can save the created video DVD as ISO image file, and you can add more conversion thread in option dialog to enhance speed when convert multiple movies into one video DVD. Work well on my computer, you can yahoo or google search and download RZ DVD Creator, easy to use, hope these info can help you.

Well, I actually know one which has good output quality, could creat ISO file and lets you design DVD menus. However, it's not free. I still suggest you give it a try. Download at: http://www.video-dvd-converter.net/dvd-creator/

There are a lot of options, "DvdFlick" is free it is simple with a nice interface, but few options for personalizing but does have an option to output an ISO, "ManDVD" is just for Linux, free and simple and it just throws out an ISO regardless of size, they may have fixed it, "DVDStyler" easy to figure out with lots of features to personalize you menu. "WinAVI" Was by far the fasted converted i had ever used, about 30 minutes for 3 hours of video, but it was picky and often left my videos without sound, which required me to tweak setting until it came out right, It didn't make and ISO, It burns it directly to disk using what ever burning software you have installed that it supports. "ConvertXtoDVD" is another one, never used it, heard it works well. There are many more, I use DVDflick because it is the only one that CONSTANTLY works for me.
