FL Studio package question?

I am looking at FL studio and I am not sure which version would best fit me.

It's either between Producer edition or the Signature edition. The producer edition (I hear) allows vocal inputs etc but the signature edition comes with many more programs added. I would just like to know what bundle would best fit me as a beginning producer of techno/trance music? If someone could explain in more lament's terms what each component is in the signature bundle and how does it benefit me?

I do not have much background in producing music but I have longed to begin so I do believe FL studio is the right software to use.

The software included in the signature bundle (also includes the producer edition) is:
DirectWave, Hardcore, Maximus, Sytrus, Soundfont Player, and VideoPlayer

The extra plugins with the Signature Bundle basically give you extra sounds to use. It is a good deal because you get a discount when you buy all of them together, however, you get go with the Producer Edition which has all the features and then download plugins that are available on the internet. There are lots of free synths and effects plugins available that you can use with FL.

The Signature Bundle is very interesting for techno and trance music as it includes the Sytrus synthesizer which is excellent for these music genres. Also, the Maximus compressor is a great one. The additional stuff is nice, but these two alone are worth the extra cash. Details on these extras are listed on the Image-Line website.
