How to buy a windows 7 activation key?

I like very much to buy a retail windows 7, anything from home premium up but no genuine windows 7 appear to be available. I read many reviews of people that purchased so called genuine full versions and original box with licence key from big stores and all had problems like wrong key, not genuine or a warning showing up after 90 days. some paid 180 and more GBP.

My question is: if I get one of these or a cheaper one like windows 7 64 Bit professional without a key can I purchase a key from Microsoft to have a full genuine version, if yes how do I go about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had to buy a new computer and had not yet installed any program while trying to get an English windows 7 as I have now preinstalled German windows 7 home premium OEM. It is very annoying to have half German and half English also messages like ``this is not available at this version of windows.``

Amazon, ebay and ms online store are the best sites to get the key with no concerns. 100% genuine.

but if you don't have much budget for this, it will be a heavy burden, right?

Now that Windows 8 is out, the only place I can think of to buy a Windows 7 key is on NewEgg.com. You might have to order the actual DVD to get the product key.

windows 8 is lighter and faster. Performance wise, everything is better.

This was already shown last year with the original 8 benchmarks.

Security is better. Better search function, better task manager, refreshing/resetting windows is easier.

Haven't had any issues with anything yet. There's a lot of things better.

The only thing people don't like is the ui changes which is easy to learn anyways.

If you have 7, I can't really say it's worth $200 to upgrade. But for a new rig then I'd say to get 8.
