Many will. Many wont.
There are many keyboard shortcuts that work in most programs Ctrl + A (all), C (copy highlighted area to clipboard), F (find), S (save), N (new document), S (save), V (paste contents of clipboard).
Try the shortcut you want to use and see if it works.

There are differences and some keyboard shortcuts might not work in other applications.
For example: Ctrl+; will insert the Date in Excel, and Ctrl+Shift+: will insert the Time in Excel.
But those combinations do not work in Work or PowerPoint.
However the majority of keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+S) will work the same.

Power Point shortcuts are different from MS word and MS Excel.
For: Align Left - ALT + 1 - Aligns all objects to the left edge of the last selected object.
For : Align Left Copy - ALT + Shift + 1 - Aligns a copy of all objects to the left edge of the last selected object.

Nope, they should be all the same.
