Download Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.32.18 Linux (select tar.gz from drop down menu)

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Extract tar.gz and open folder

right click on flashplayer-installer

Properties>Permissions>Access (set to read and write) then close.

right click on flashplayer-installer again and run in terminal and follow the instructions

Here is a link for all the software that freespire has. You should use the frespire site in install your programs.

It looks like they call their software "warehouse" CNR. See the second link.

The third link is the web page for install adobe flash 10.

The last link is a how to install software in freespire.

Have fun

I generally download the .tar.gz package, untar it with tar -xvzf in*tar.gz then copy the resulting file into the firefox or seamonkey plugins folder.
