I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 and would like to change the font size in the appointments on the calendar. When I print the calendar I cant read most of the appointments because they have been cut off. If I could use a smaller font it would be fabulous!
Thanks for your help and time!!

Try this...
Right click on an empty area of your calendar (i.e. a day or time with no appointments) and select 'Customise Current View'
Select 'Other Settings' from the pop-up box which appears
From here, you can edit all the various fonts.
The one named 'Font' directly beneath 'Time Font' looks to control the font size of appointments.
If you increase this, the 'Time Font' seems to automatically go up also, but if you reduce it, your OK.

You should also be aware that most email programs completely ignore everything outlook does - fonts, sizes, etc. - and just show the text, in whatever font and size the user has that program set to display. Email is specified as a text medium - letter, numbers, punctuation, no fonts, colors or sizes (or pictures) - so people who write email programs don't have to go along with Microsoft's definition of email (and almost none of them do).

This works to change the font size, but when you go to print the calendary (in my case Daily view) the font is still very small.
How can you get it to print with a larger font for appointments?
