What program can I use to open a .PS file on my Windows XP computer?

I have tried Corel, Adobe, Visio so far. This was created on a Mac and I downloaded the image from his computer however I cant seem to be able to view it. I have tried to import it as well into Excell but it was still an unrecognized format. Anyone????
