Suggest me a speech recognition software.?

Question

I want a speech recognition software that helps me convert my "AUDIO FILES" into text..
The dictation is clear and I am ready to edit the output.. help me guys.

Difficult to provide much more focused help as you don't say whether your using Mac, Windows or whatever.

I have a Windows 7 PC and the inbuilt speech recognition is not very advanced. The best speech Recognition software for windows I have ever used is Dragon Naturally Speaking, here: http://www.nuance.com/dragon/index.htm

i'm no longer conscious of any loose or inexpensive ones obtainable. Dragon certainly conversing is a speech acceptance software that my previous college used to apply. i'm uncertain if costs have come down on it regardless of if that's properly worth a seem.

I use speech recognition. It come with windows 7 and Vista. I just use a mic/headset combo. About 29 bucks at wal-mart.
