Go to formatting (right click the cell and go to format cells) and click on the Alignment tab. Click the checkbox next to "Wrap Text".

You can do what the first answerer said, and also if you want more than one box, do "merge cells" and then "wrap text" and it will be in one box again.

"Wrap text" wraps the text where it wants.

If you want to wrap it where you want then hit "alt enter" and a new line of text can be entered. You do not have to format the cell as "wrap text" to do this, just do it when the need strikes you.
