Im a person who dont like to use the mouse. For example, I like to use a program called "Launchy" which allows me to run any program without the need of a computer. I love to use hotkeys whenever possible.

Does anybody know any cool programs/tutorials that would help me to use the mouse less?

the mouse is the fingers of the computer, if you take the mouse away, your computer has no fingers, if your computer doesnt have fingers then you have made your computer retarted. Live with the mouse, it will work out better.

I like Launchy too but I see nothing wrong with the mouse. For those who are interested Launchy is a small program that when you press Atl-Tab brings up a search box type dialog, type in the program you want to launch, press enter and it will start. I think he meant to say Launchy allows him to run programs without using the mouse to click on it.

I hate using the mouse as well so i turned to linux and its terminal. everything is ran by command line i never use a mouse. they are very poorly designed and cause health problems and since i am on the computer for very long periods at a time its best not to use a mouse. I can feel carpel tunel comming along already and i am only 21, i still have many years to come at the computer.

Duuuude, I want that too. It'd be totally awesome to run computer programs without the need for a computer!

I think you'll find this is different for each program. Just pick a program, and either check its help files for 'keyboard shortcuts' or 'hot keys', or check the net.

clicking the mouse too much will surely hurt our weak finger, but avoid using them is also difficult , i recommend you rockstick mouse , it doesn't need finger clicking , both hands can operate it.this will save our weak fingers from excessive clicking.
