Yes, you can do pretty much everything in Windows without a mouse, and in fact the mouse is technically optional for navigating Windows itself (although certain third party applications might not have a keyboard-friendly interface). I tend to use keyboard shortcuts where ever possible because it's *much* faster to do things in Windows once you know how. There's a list of keyboard shortcuts for Windows here:

Although I think there might be a lot more in addition to that.

Here is a few shortcuts.

Tab Key - Jumps through any window, icon, or text in the web and press enter to activate it.

Alt+F4 - Close Windows.

Alt+Tab - You can choose a window that is running and also appears a small pop up showing each thing.

Alt+Left arrow key or Alt+right arrow key - moves pages visited in the window.

Page up and down - Scrolls the "page by page" or same as the arrows.

Alt - In any window it will show up a box shadowing the menu up in the window and then you can select any menu.

Yes, but it is very slow and tedious. Use the tab key to tab between link or through the menu options. To select a particular menu option, press and hold the Alt key and press the first letter of the main menu option, then use the arrows to scroll up and down through the menu, then press Enter when you get to the correct option. To activate the Start button so that you can scroll through that, hit the Windows button on your keyboard. To close a window, use Alt+F4. To scroll the window up and down, press the Scroll lock button and then use the arrows to scroll. Hit it again to turn it off.

Yes, you can. Use the tab key...you'll have to tab through a lot but you can get there...the address bar will be highlighted and you can type the address you want. Hit enter to go. Also, use the alt key plus the first letter of the menu items (like alt-f for file)and you'll get the drop downs for each menu item across the top.

CTRL-N opens a new explorer window and alt-right arrow goes forward alt-left arrow goes back. Alt-home goes to your home page

Yes it can be done but (not to be sarcastic) trust me its a lot easier to run out and get batteries a new mouse or what ever.

For now look up help from the start menu and index keystrokes.

Yes you can buy voice reconization software

OR

you can download hotkey software

(search for it on download.com)

and make hotkeys for doing all the stuff the mouse does.
