I am looking for a program that will allow me to do the following:
I want to be able to crop a person out of one photo and put them into another. The problem I am having is finding an inexpensive program that will allow me to crop the person out, without having any of the background included. Even with the freehand ones, it is difficult to make it look normal and not choppy.

I don't want to spend a fortune on this, because, well I don't have a fortune to spend.

Any suggests of a decent program?

Almost any imaging editing software will allow this but the problem is making it look good as you say. Even an expensive program like Photoshop has third-party add-ons, that are also expensive, just to make this task easier. My best answer is settle for a choppy look using an inexpensive ditor or pay a pro to do the job. It is the least expensive way to get a qulity result.

Try using Screen Dash. Its the only photo editor that can take screenshots, do paint and photo editing, and host images. Thus, you can share images with your friends and family. Its free, easy to use, and provides very professional photo editing. It is amazing!

I use photoed.exe from windows 95 for that.

But any free editor from ZD Net, or even the Freebie CAM STUIO can edit wonderfully
