Hi,

You might have uninstalled Internet Explorer. Check out from the Add or Remove Programs list in My Computer. If it is not there then re-install it.

If it's there, click on start--search-->Internet Explorer

Once you find the application, right-click it and select Create Desktop Shortcut and after that 'Pin it To Start Menu'

Hope it helps

If it isn't in any of those places you may have uninstalled it from your computer. If you haven't done that it should still be in your programs menu when you click on Start, or the Windows icon on the bottom left of your screen. When you find it, right click on it and select Create Shortcut, or Send to Desktop (Create Shortcut) depending on your operating system. You must be using some sort of web browser to be able to ask this question, so if you don't find it anywhere Google it and re-download it. You should download Google Chrome and Firefox too so you have multiple browsers in case one stops working.

On your start bar, there should be a button called "browse" or "Search." Click that. Type in "Internet Explorer". Click and drag it to your desktop

with your mouse right click on the current icon on your desktop, then choose properties, then click on 'quick acces' . In that window you will see a tab to click on to do it: it's named: 'change pictogram' or 'other pictogram'.
