Close Outlook
Click "Start"
Click "Control Panel" (If you are not in "clasic view" click clasic view in the left hand column)
Click "Mail"
Click on "Data Files"
You should see a window with two Personal Folders listed. One should have "Mail Delivery Location" listed under the Comments column. Delete the Personal Folder with nothing under the comments column. Close all open windows and reopen Outlook. The duplicate Personal Folder should be gone.
