How do I fix Error 1935 in Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars?

Well, it took me 4 days but I was finally able to play. =)

Trust me this will work, well it did for me. And I usually have bad luck with these sort of issues =). But unlike those bogus ones out there, this should work. I know error 1935 is a common problem for alot of buyers/users of the game command and conquer 3: tiberium wars. But here is how you fix it.

Note: you must have the 1.09 patch for Command and Conquer: Tibeirum Wars so you can fix the error and play this game. You can download it here:

1. Install the game like you usually would. When it gets to the error message DO NOT click ok. All you do is disconnect the cord that connects your PC to the power point (electrical socket), so your computer will turn off.

2. Reconnect the cord to the power point (electrical socket) and turn your computer back on. When you get back to windows, the first thing you do is update the game, by opening the 1.09 patch, I told you to download.

3. Don't worry, the patch does recognise the game being installed (because it actually is now =)). After the patch updates the game, put your Command and Conquer 3 CD back inside the CD drive (or you can run Autoplay).

4. When the autoplay does show up, you will notice that a different menu turns up (where it shows options such us play, update, uninstall). The PC now recognises that command and conquer 3 is now installed =).

5. You now just click "play" and VOILA! Command and conquer 3: Tibeirum Wars works =).

6. ENJOY!!!!

Ps. You MUST have and install the 1.09 patch. Because two days ago I did the exact process above except, for installing the 1.09 patch. And I got an emulation error. So patch 1.09 is a must.

Also thanks for the few advices I got fix this 1935 error form around the web. In the end I used a few of the ideas around and experimented for myself, and luckily enough I got the game to work!

You can re-install your system. And this error message will disappear. But I do not recommend you to do that. You may try a software named Perfect Optimizer, this software can help you solve this problem. The storyline is set in the year 2047, and it continues the events of the previous game in which GDI shot the ion cannon in order to destroy Temple Prime where Kane, the main antagonist, and his followers were.

It's a great game.
