For anyone that has the same problem of printing a booklet i finally with a lot of trial and error figured out how to print a doc set up in book fold. There is nothing in help and most of the forums like this one make the question and answer to complicated.

1. have the document set up in landscape and book fold.

2. Click on File

3. Click on Print

4 be sure it is set to Landscape Orientation

5 Click Print on Both Sides

6. Click on Print On Both Sides Long End

7. Click Print

When printer stops turn the paper over and put back in the printer

8. Click Resume

I don't know why i couldn't find anything in Microsoft help on how to print a doc. set up in book fold.

Are you confident that your printer is the default printer on your device? It sounds like you've a PDF or perhaps the "Microsoft XPS record author" set as your default printer. Then it may ask your for a filename everytime.

It's possible, but I am not 100% certain
