Cubase 6 System Requirements!?

Hi iam a bit of a noob when it comes to computers, i know the basics and thats it but i need some advice on running cubase 6 on my compiuter comfortably. I know the minimum system requirements for cubase 6 but i just want to run through my set up to see if what ive got is good enough to run cubase 6. Acer pc (5 years old) AMD Athelon Duel Core Processor, 64 bit, 6 gb ram, 160 g sata hardrive, Windows 7, Dvd/cd Drive.

* CoreAudio compatible audio hardware is required

* USB port required for Steinberg Key (copy protection device)*

* Internet connection required for license activation
