When you get error message of missing plugin. You have two option either you install directly from Mozilla or download it from adobe website.
1. From Mozilla their is message install missing plugin. If it not work you have message install manualy.
2. you can download plugin from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/.
3. it may be possible your java script is off in Mozilla.

Firefox has a link which enables you to check the status of ALL available plugins on your computer. Google the following: "Firefox plugins" and see if any of your plugins need updating. You should get links which allow you to then update as needed. ALL plugins SHOULD work and be available to all of your browsers.
Even if the "Firefox plug in" link says that FP is up to date, I would go to ADOBE and download the latest Flash Player plugin. Once you have the download, close (ie QUIT) ALL BROWSERS including FF. Then and only then INSTALL the FP plugin,. DO NOT INSTALL the FP download unless you have shut down the browser application(s). Do not just close the browser window; QUIT the application.
Then restart FF and your FP player should now work.
