"Canvas does not allow drawing" error message, Please help?

I am using Video Watermark Pro program which is a VIDEO CONVERTER and WATERMARK program. Sometimes I can successfully convert videos from .MKV into .AVI, but sometimes "canvas does not allow drawing" error message pops up in the middle of the screen like numerous times and another message will pop up "Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000". And another message pops up, "Unable to create window device context". the program stops responding and then shuts down. It usually works if it's below 1 hour video file but when I convert more than an hour video file, these messages usually pops up. Any help will be SO MUCH APPRECIATED. Thanks everyone ! :)

Seems that there is a memory issue. If you’re getting the Access Violation at Address Error it means that a program you’re trying to run is trying to access memory that is already used by a program that is already running. Below are some possible causes.

- the PC is running out of memory when you process big files and trying to save data finds no memory space.

- the virtual memory file stored in the hard disk is small and need to make it bigger or does not exist at all and need to make one.

- Outdated graphics card drivers, try to update them.

- Check your DirectX, maybe needs re-installing, run dxdiag from the Run prompt (Win+R). A common cause for this error is the faulty installation of DirectX, if you have DirectX installed you should try uninstalling and installing it again, often this fixed the problem.
