lost cd drivers?

dell inspron5000 lost cd rom drivers and can use cd plyer its broken and not on line,how can I work it n with a floppy

If your computer cant recognize your CD Drive, Restart your computer and then go back to my computer and see if its there again. If not then go to system restore after saving all your important files in My Documents and go back to when you remembering it working. If that doesnt work then you need to call the Dell people and ask them cause without your CD drive I do not know how to load your Recovery Disk they give you.
