Microsoft Internet explorer error message?

Question

I keep getting this message everytime i open a question in answers:

"Microsoft Internet explorer

Internet explorer cannot open the internet site Http://au.answers.yahoo.com./question/index;_ylt=Ap.t_oxrm17H5v5zkblej=3?.qid=20080321145401AAl5Ddw

Operation aborted "

Then it goes to 'This page cannot be displayed..."

How do i get rid of this?.

First of all your link is wrong. Use this one:

http://au.answers.yahoo.com/



If your IE has error yet, use Mozilla FireFox freely. This is a better browser in some ways:

that link you provided is a dead link and no one can open it

regardless of browser

I'm using FireFox 2

I don't use internet exploder for other reasons

& restarting won't help a dead link

as far as I know no link should ever have a

"." (dot} before a "/" {forward slash}

Hm....I don't know, you could try restarting your computer, since that is the universal solution ;)
