i have a word document that i need to change to pdf. i tried using and online one but all my screen shots disappeared once i'd converted it

i tried saving using the 'Save as PDF/XPS' option but it keeps coming up with an error

"There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding"

....i dont really no what that means, but i tried changing the font... tried Arial, Times new roman & Calibri but still the same thing... i though maybe its coz i have screen shots....? i really need it to be pdf, and i really really need those screen shot

another good-quality free pdf-printer is dopdf. Download it from http://www.dopdf.com , install it and in word instead of converting or saving print the document and choose dopdf as the printer. Dopdf has the advantage it doesn't need ghostscript installed like some other pdf-printers, and is quite small (only 4.3 mb)

How many pages of your word document.

you can download a free trial PDF converter, if your doc fils not too much.

In converting pdf, you do not clik other "options"!

you can try Nemo Word to PDF Converter.

GOOD LUCK.

Don't use the font calibri, use Times new roman and it will do. Screen shots are not the problem.
