how do you enable flash/java when using tor (proxy) on firefox?

I have flash and Java on my computer however im using tor and want to be able to use flash and java while using it...I know you lose your enormousness by enabling it but im only using tor to unblock websites anyone know how to do this?
please only answer if you know how...

Proxies can’t do most of the things people think they can. I found that out the hard way over the years constantly trying to find ones that worked and constantly trying to get the Malware off my computer. When they did work pages wouldn’t load properly and sites like Facebook and YouTube didn’t work as they were supposed to. This also applies to Tor.
I think a better approach is to use a Personal VPN service. http://www.surfbouncer.com or unblock@surfbouncer.com It costs a few dollars but it does work when you need it, is safe and the web sites all work as intended.

The exit points on Tor are not secure and anyone can sign up to be a Tor node. That means you have no idea who is looking at your data on the other end. It's a hackers dream come true

got to tools and options look for java or application go under there there should be able or disable
