I used to have a Mac wih I movie on it. I liked that. But I no longer own a Mac I am stuck with windows 7 for now. Windows live movie maker gets the job done but I want something better. I don't like Sony Vegas it is a little confusing to use for me. I know its a popular one but I am seeking recommendations for some that maybe I don't know about yet. I am stuck using windows so it has to be windows compatible. I love free software so that's a plus. Any recommendations? I don't need anything crazy I only use it to make youube videos and to edit my screencast. I am sure just about all of em can handle that. Anyways what do you recommend?

I recommend AVS Video editor. It not only to edit videos but also to burn to DVD. and It is also able to help you easily upload to youtube.

You can use Pinnacle Studio. I use it for my videos! It is easy as hell once you get used to it. I am using a Mac but I still use Windows when I want my videos done well. You can even do the green screen effect and it is not so confusing as Sony Vegas.
