You mean you want to download the video from the internet, right?

If yes, you can download it using RealPlayer. Search it on google. It's free.

Let me show you the steps :



1. Download RealPlayer then follow the steps until it finished.

2. Launch RealPlayer then Click on Tools on the left then scroll down to Preferences.

3. Scroll down to Download & Recording then check to see if there's a check mark on where it says Enable Web Downloading & Recording, if not then place one on it.

3. Now you can just move your mouse on any flash videos, then something will pop up that says Download This Video.

4. After it's done downloading, you can find by going to My Documents, then go to My Videos then to RealPlayer Downloads. Everything should be in there.

5. The file format will be Flv, and can be played using that RealPlayer. Good Luck !

I don't quite understand your question (not sure what "wif" stands for), but I get it as if you want to record (as in "download") some videos from the internet with similar quality.



If that's the case, then the easiest way, I think, is by downloading the Add-on for Firefox called DownloadHelper, wich you can easily find in the Add-on section found under the Tools tab of the program.

Well there is not much with good quality that is free

(not that i know of)

But i would say if you cant good quality you can try some programs that i zoom

(not sure of those programs i only use Fraps for games and that has ok quality[i got my full version])

hypercam2...just google hypercam people use it to make computer game videos all the time...for example almost any runescape video is made with a hypercam.
